Cooking has always been a passion for this native Washingtonian.  At the early age of 8 Joy began cooking.  By the
time she was 11, Joy took her first Home Economics class and was hooked.

While her Grandparents worked, Joy would prepare different items using recipes from an old recipe book, eat her
prepared items and cleaned up before they arrived home.

Always fascinated by food, Joy was always in the kitchen with her Grandmother, always asking her Grandmother
how she prepared certain foods and why she used certain ingredients.  Along with her early experiences with
cooking, Joy also brings the following attributes to her resume:
