Description of Services
Personal Consultation - The client's particular service needs will be assessed by asking a few
questions concerning any food allergies, special dietary needs, likes/dislikes and completing a
food preference questionaire.
Menu Planning - A customized menu is created from the information compiled from the
consultation. Food preferences, dietary needs, etc. will be incorporated into the menu.
Special Dietary needs - Whether it's Weight Management, Low Fat, Low Carbs, Low Sodium,
Pregnancy, Diabetic, Vegetarian or Post-Operative your menus can be customized to your
particular dietary needs.
Personalized Shopping - Is provided so that only the freshest, highest quality meats, poultry,
seafood and produce available is purchased.
Food Packaging/Storage - All entrees will be packaged in disposable containers that are both
microwaveable and oven safe. Each container is vacuum sealed to protect the quality and to
maintain freshness. Everything is properly labeled and stored with heating instructions and
serving suggestions.
Clean up - At the end of preparation, packaging and storage, the client's kitchen will be scrubbed
clean using only bio-degradable, earth friendly cleaning products and the trash will be removed
leaving only the aroma of mouth-watering, delectable delights.
